PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to visually and easily confirm whether or not a necessary security area is set in performing a layout design and to efficiently perform the layout design in consideration of security by adding security information to building configuration, and displaying a security area necessary for arranging the building configuration information. SOLUTION: This CAD (Computer Aided Design) system for building is provided with: a plurality of building configuration information storage means for storing building configuration information; a building configuration information acquisition means for acquiring the building configuration information; and an arrangement means for arranging the acquired building configuration information in a predetermined area. Security information showing a security function is added to the building configuration information, and when the building configuration information having the security function is arranged, the security area corresponding to the arrangement of the building configuration information is displayed.
