PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce BOM (Bill of Materials) editing work man-hours in changing a design or designing a succeeding model. SOLUTION: This parts list generation program includes a means for extracting the difference of a design BOM before the change and a design BOM after the change; a means for collecting and managing operation history in editing the pre-change design, and preparing a manufacturing BOM; a means for executing the operation history of the designated BOM; a means for extracting the factor of mismatching by collating operations whose mismatching is caused with the difference of the design BOM in reflecting the operation history on the design BOM after the change; and an unsteady processing definition part for avoiding mismatching. Thus, it is possible to generate the manufacturing BOM or a BOM for evaluation even when mismatching due to the change of the design BOM is caused in reflecting the stored operation history.
