PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration detecting device, excelling in stability of temperature sensitivity. SOLUTION: The acceleration detecting device is provided with a reference oscillation circuit 2 for outputting a reference signal; a VCXO 8, which is provided with a tuning fork type quartz crystal oscillator element 20 as resonator; a phase comparison circuit 4 for comparing the phase of the output signal outputted from the VCXO 8 and the phase of the reference signal outputted from the reference oscillation circuit 2; the LPF 5 for extracting the low-pass frequency component of phase difference signal outputted from the phase comparison circuit 4; and a high gain amplifier circuit 6 for amplifying the output signal of the LPF 5. The acceleration detecting device outputs the output signal outputted from a high gain amplifier circuit 6 as an acceleration detection signal S<SB>α</SB>, and also the part of which is fed back as a control voltage for controlling the oscillation frequency of the VCXO 8.
