PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a space between a stem and a housing, while allowing the stem to be fixed onto the housing, without depending on fixation by screw tightening. SOLUTION: A stepped part 23 of the metal stem 20 is sealed by pressing from the other end side toward one end side of the metal stem 20 onto a seat face 13 in a pressure introducing passage 12 in the housing 10. The pressing of the metal stem 20 onto the seat face 13 is executed by a caulking part 15 prepared by crushing an end part 14a of a stem arranging part 14. Face pressure of a sealing part K is prevented from being fluctuated greatly by this structure, compared with the case where the metal stem 20 is fixed to the pressure introducing passage 12 by the screw tightening.
