PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated structure which enables a deformation limiting device and a base-isolating device to be easily installed even in an urban dwelling house having strict constrained conditions imposed on a site, which can sufficiently exert deformation limiting performance by a simple structure, and which can endure a pull-out force even on the occurrence of earthquakes. SOLUTION: In this base-isolated structure 1, the base-isolating device is provided between a steel-frame beam 2 of the dwelling house, and reinforced concrete 3 serving as a foundation of the dwelling house. Characteristically, the steel-frame beam 2 and an anchor bolt 5 for the base-isolating device, which is installed in the reinforced concrete 3, or a lower flange 7 for the base-isolating device, which is provided in the reinforced concrete 3, are bound to each other by means of a wire rope 6.
