PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening-closing driving device capable of coping with even a partition device of a small opening/closing stroke by a generating sufficient opening/closing auxiliary force without strengthening an energizing force of an energizing means. SOLUTION: This opening/closing driving device has a pair of arms 14a and 14b having tips rotatably arranged on a movable rail 6 and a fixed rail 7, and a hinge 13 rotatably connecting the base end of the respective arms. The hinge is provided with an energizing arm 24 rotating in the same rotational center as the arms based on the rotational movement of the arms, a speed increasing means for rotating the tip of the energizing arm in a range reaching both sides on an extension line of one arm when the moving rail moves up to a full opening position from a full closure position by transmitting a rotating speed of the arm to the energizing arm by increasing a speed, and the energizing means 32 energizing the tip of the energizing arm and the one arm in the mutually pulling direction.
