摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the warpage of a molded belt due to the shrinkage of a vulcanized rubber layer after vulcanizing and molding. SOLUTION: This molded belt 70 comprises a shrunk canvas 180 and a vulcanized rubber layer 181. The shrunk canvas 180 is formed by heating a non-shrunk canvas formed of synthetic resin fibers and heat-shrinkable in the lateral direction of a belt to a predetermined temperature or higher and shrinking it in a vulcanizing and molding step. The vulcanized rubber layer 181 is provided by heating and vulcanizing an unvulcanized rubber sheet in the vulcanizing and molding step. The difference between the lateral shrinkage rate of the unshrunk canvas and the rubber expansion rate of the vulcanized rubber layer 181 is within 2%, or the lateral shrinkage rate is higher than the rubber expansion rate.
