PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pouch from being damaged by amending deformation of a spout of a pouch. SOLUTION: The means fills a content into a bag of a refilling pouch 2 having the spout 2a in either one of left and right corners of the upper margin part, then seals the pouch 2, places the pouch 2 flat on a transfer conveyer 6, and transfers the pouch 2 to the next boxing process. A pressing conveyer 10 is arranged upward of and parallel to the transfer conveyer 6. The sealed pouch 2 is transferred and is made to pass through the clearance S between the pressing conveyer 10 and the transfer conveyer 6 by the transfer conveyer 6, and the whole of both side surfaces of the pouch 2 is pressed by the pressing conveyer 10 and the transfer conveyer 6.
