PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation lever unit capable of further enhancing assembling efficiency and degrees of freedom of specification change. SOLUTION: Pivot support shafts 82a, 82b, 82c for pivotally supporting the operation levers 81a, 81b, 81c for operating a shift mechanism are supported on a single bracket 83 respectively. Further, the bracket 83 restricts motion of operation link mechanisms 84a1, 84a2, 84b at the outside of the predetermined range while allowing motion of the operation link mechanisms 84a1, 84a2, 84b, i.e., output members accompanying with oscillation around the pivot support shafts 82a, 82b of the operation levers 81a, 81b.
