PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous laminate and luminous thread having improved availability and convenience at low cost, which can prevent the problems of delamination, simplify a manufacturing method, develop luminous characteristics and irises, and which can be used for a long period. SOLUTION: A first laminate is formed by laminating an adhesive layer having adhesiveness on a surface of a first photoluminescent film which selectively reflects a light ray having wave length of 350-800 nm. A luminous layer transferring material is separately prepared by making a resin, which contains luminous pigment having luminous characteristics, overlie a surface of a release substrate film as a luminous layer. The luminous laminate is obtained by transferring only the luminous layer on the surface of the adhesion layer of the first laminate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
