PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which has a good balance of characteristics of easy cutting properties and rectilinear cutting properties with greatly reducing whiskers on a torn surface (cut surface) and a bag using the laminate. SOLUTION: The laminate includes at least a uniaxial stretching layer and a heat sealing layer, wherein the uniaxial stretching layer satisfies the following (A) and (B). (A) The elongation of the uniaxial stretching layer is 10 to 18 times. (B) The uniaxial stretching layer comprises a resin composition containing a high-density polyethylene and 25-50 pts.mass of at least one of a linear low-density polyethylene and a low-density polyethylene based on 100 pts.mass of the high-density polyethylene.
