A heat-radiating heating panel having a carbonic heating element comprises a support-heating element located of an insulating backing. The support-heating element is made as carbonic heating element (known as carboxylic fabric or carboxylic thread). Heating piece of body surface and inside heating face of the body, which directly contact via insulation with the heating element, are covered with a layer of silicate covering. To eliminate heating a back face of a heating device it is used a heat-insulating element namely mineral cotton. The devise is made of steel as a flat box, which has a closed body. |
