SHEET GRIPPING DEVICE

A sheet gripping device is designed to temporarily grip an insulation sheet which is to be bonded to heat insulators attached to inner wall surfaces of a ship cargo compartment. The sheet gripping device includes a frame placed on the heat insulators across a target bonding region defined between the heat insulators, first and second fixing units mounted to opposite end portions of the frame for removably fixing the frame to the heat insulators, and a pressing unit mounted to the frame between the first and second fixing units for releasably pressing the insulation sheet against the target bonding region.
