RANGE HOOD WITH AUXILIARY DUCT

A range hood with an auxiliary duct is provided to control the amount of contaminants discharged from an auxiliary duct and a main duct by forming a flow amount distribution damper. A range hood with an auxiliary duct comprises a hood(100), a main duct(200), an auxiliary air intake part(300), an auxiliary duct(400), a blowing fan(500), a first gas sensor, a second gas sensor, a flow amount distribution damper(600), and a control part. The flow amount distribution damper, installed at a position in which the auxiliary duct and the main duct are connected by an electromotor, adjusts a sectional area in which the flow amount passes through the auxiliary duct and the main duct. The control part automatically adjusts the rotation angle of the flow amount distribution damper according to the amount of gas detected from the first and second gas sensors, and controls the rotational speed of the blowing fan. The auxiliary air intake part has a blade, and opens/closes a path by automatically adjusting the rotation angle of the blade via the control part.
