WINDING APPARATUS FOR SIDES OF CAPPLY

An apparatus for winding side parts of a capply is provided to minimize deformation of the side parts of a capply by controlling the speed of a torque motor according to the tension of the side parts of the capply. An apparatus for winding side parts of a capply is installed at one side of a capply cutting apparatus and composed of a winding unit winding the side parts of the capply; a motor(20) driving the winding unit; and a control unit(30) controlling the motor. The winding unit comprises a rotary plate(11) combined with a motor shaft case(SC) interlocking with a shaft(S) of the motor, and rotated; a level plate(12) positioned at the rear side of the rotary plate to support the motor shaft case through a bearing; a link plate(13) interposed between the rotary plate and the level plate, wherein one end of the link plate is joined to the rotary plate by a hinge pin(H); a claw(14) protruded forward and combined with the other end of the link plate; a bearing shaft(15) protruded on the front side of the level plate and combined with the link plate to turn the link plate along a predetermined path about the hinge pin according to turning of the rotary plate; and a stopper protruded at the rear side of the rotary plate to make the rotary plate and the level plate interlock with each other when the link plate reaches a predetermined position.
