<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle recovering apparatus capable of efficiently recovering fine particles from a slurry low in the concentration of fine particles. <P>SOLUTION: Chutes 11 are radially arranged around a rotary shaft Z1 and a slurry supply means 3 supplies the slurry, which is prepared by dispersing particles comprising a magnetic material in a solvent to the chutes 11. A magnetic force producing means 4 applies magnetic force to the chutes 11 and a rotary drive means 2 again rotates the chutes 11 around the rotary shaft Z1 from a solvent discharge position to the solvent discharge position through a particle discharge position. By applying magnetic force to the chutes 11 at the particle discharge position from the magnetic force producing means 4, the particles are attracted to the inner surfaces of the chutes 11, and the excessive solvent flows out of the chutes 11. By lowering the magnetic force applied to the chutes 11 at the particle discharge position, the particles are allowed to flow out of the chutes 11 along with the solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
