<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell of a fuel battery capable of reducing resistance between cells of a fuel battery; a cell stack; and a fuel battery. <P>SOLUTION: This hollow flat type cell 62 of a fuel battery is composed by sequentially stacking, on a columnar support substrate 64 having gas passages 74 in the length direction, an oxygen-side electrode layer 66, a solid electrolyte layer 68 and a fuel-side electrode layer 70. The cell of a fuel battery is characterized in that recessed parts 76 are formed on a peripheral surface of the support substrate 64 in the length direction; internal high-conductivity layers 78 having conductivity higher than that of the support substrate 64 and the oxygen-side electrode layer 66 are formed in the recessed parts 76; and the oxygen-side electrode layer 66 is formed to cover the internal high-conductivity layers 78 in the recessed parts 76 of the support substrate 64. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
