The power consumption in the power supply system is sequentially calculated to set a power generation fuel consumption amount Fgen[i] in consideration of the power consumption in the power supply system, and a power generation economic index Dgen[i] is calculated from the power generation fuel consumption amount Fgen[i] (S112).
