PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic coil for Lorentz Force to work efficiently to the direction of rotation of a rotor and a motor using the same. SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic coil 10 composed by the planer winding of a flat-type conductor, the whole shape is formed in a non-circular shape. A straight portion along the radial direction of a rotor is furnished when the electromagnetic coil is arranged facing a rotor composed of permanent magnets.
