PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device capable of ensuring an electric connection between the ground terminal and the cabinet without requiring complicated pretreatment upon moisture-proof coating treatment for the electronic circuit board. SOLUTION: This electronic control device 1 comprises the cabinet 2 formed by connecting a first member 6 and a second member 9, and the electronic circuit board 3 received in the cabinet 2. A through hole 18 for passing through a screw member 14 used in that connection is formed in a board 10 forming the electronic circuit board 3, and the electronic circuit board 3 is fixed to the cabinet 2 because the board 10 is clamped together with the first member 6 and the second member 9 by the connection of the first member 6 and the second member 9. Further, the ground terminal 20, which is brought into contact with the first member 6 and is electrically connected to it when the board 10 is clamped, is formed in the periphery of the through hole 18.
