PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic reinforcing method of a wooden building without regard to the dimension of a sash and without limiting an installation place so much, by surely performing reinforcing work in a short construction period even with a small number of people without using heavy machinery by a user, by performing the work by direct installation in a large opening of an existing entrance and exit, without disassembling the existing wooden building. SOLUTION: This aseismic reinforcing method of the wooden building is formed so that a single member of angle steel is installed in at least the large opening 10 of the first floor of the existing wooden building while assembling, and an outer frame reinforcing body 1 of a square rigid-frame structure is arranged, and the upper side of the outer frame reinforcing body 1 is fixed to a girder or a girth 6, and the lower side is fixed to the sill 7 side. An inner frame reinforcing body 2 composed of one or more of square rigid-frame structures is arranged by installing the single member of the angle steel in the outer frame reinforcing body 1 while assembling, or the outer frame reinforcing body 1 may be juxtaposed and arranged in a plurality in the large opening part 10 by setting the size of the outer frame reinforcing body 1 for 2.7 m use.
