PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between a concrete filled steel pipe column and steel members, which contributes to simplified connection work, and to strengthened fixing force between an anchor portion of a rod-like anchoring fitting and concrete in a steel pipe column, and to provide the rod-like anchoring fitting. SOLUTION: When the steel members 2 are connected to a plurality of side surfaces of the steel pipe column 1 at the same level, the one or more rod-like anchoring fittings 3 each having the anchor portion 3a and an external anchoring portion 3c having an angle adjusting mechanism on the outside, are inclinedly inserted into bolt holes formed in the steel pipe column 1 from the outside. Then the anchoring fittings are fixed in the concrete 6 inside the steel pipe column over a length of 1/2 or more a distance between opposed surfaces in the steel pipe column in a manner avoiding interference between the anchor portions 3a, and the fixing force of each anchor portion 3a is strengthened, to thereby fix the external anchoring portion 3c to the external surface of the steel member 2 abutting on the steel pipe column 1. Further formation of an elliptical collar on the anchor portion 3a (and formation of an elliptical slot in the steel pipe column) may be taken into consideration in order to strengthen an anchoring function.
