PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form machining drawing making program and a record medium capable of reducing a work load in a site and improving work efficiency in the site. SOLUTION: An electronic computer is provided with a component dimension recording function of recording dimensions related to a component of a building, a component shape recording function of recording shapes related to the component of the building, a form dimension computing function of computing the dimensions of the form for forming the component based upon the recorded component dimensions, a form shape determining function of determining the shape of the form for forming the component based on the recorded component shape, a separator hole position determining function of determining the position of a separator hole based on the computed form dimensions and the determined form shape, and a form display function of displaying the computed form dimensions, the separator hole whose position is determined together with the determined shape of the form.
