PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of narrowing the total length or the total width thereof, and effectively utilizing a space in a factory in which the conveying device is moved and stored. SOLUTION: A first conveying base 2 and a second conveying base 3 are connected to each other via a link mechanism 4. The link mechanism 4 comprises a first rocking member 40 and a second rocking member 50. The posture of the conveying device can be changed to the first conveying posture at which the link mechanism 4 is expanded to separate the first conveying base 2 from the second conveying base 3, and the second conveying posture at which the link mechanism 4 is folded upwardly to bring the first conveying base 2 close to the second conveying base 3.
