PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide customers with a safe, inexpensive and simple convenience widely which can be used for the removal of a torso surrounding thing of a PET bottle, pull top rising, unpacking of a corrugated card board, peeling of an orange or the like and loosing the knot of a string. SOLUTION: It is fabricated by wire forming using a single wire like a stainless steel wire. The tip end 6 which is sharply pointed by being bent at a substantially right angle in a structure like a torsion spring like Western handle scissors is always stored in a coil sheath 4 and is projected by being pushed when only used. If force is loosened, it is made to return to an original position by repulsive force. An oval guard 7 secures the safety of a wire end section which has made into a knife cut.
