PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a console mounting structure including an instside panel which covers the connection part between an instrument panel and a console. SOLUTION: A constitution for mounting a rigid reinforce 10 configured to facilitate the mounting of the lower end of the instside panel in the console 2 to the instside panel is formed at the inner surface of the instside panel 3. This constitution includes a rectangular through hole 10d formed at the lower end of the reinforce, a spring member 13 fixed to the inner surface of the reinforce in such a way that the top end 25 of a V-shaped folding part 14 protrudes from the through hole, and a shoulder part 2c provided at the rear side of a rib extending from the top end edge part of the console.
