PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an appliance for blanking off data with a hand to be used feeling at rest without a danger of gathering hurt, floating a data surface and vanishing ink since a troublesome labour for stripping off or cutting off a data surface can be eliminated. SOLUTION: All the surface of the data is painted out with a roller 8 dipped in a special ink capable of vanishing a personal information surface which is an appliance that can be used by a single hand. Then, the data are not peeped at from the surface. Since the data of which ink can not be erased is stripped off, cut off or comes off without being applied to the shredder, the labor is saved and the data can be scrapped conveniently with no anxiety.
