摘要 In the case where re-transmitting control is carried out at the execution time of transmitting diversity by means of CDD, relatively simple control is possible to greatly improve a resultant gain by the re-transmission. A wireless communication device, which is provided with a plurality of antennas and carries out MIMO communication, is comprised of a phase shift providing unit (18) that carries out CDD processing to provide a transmitting signal with a circular phase shift on a frequency axis, a response signal demodulating unit (16) that demodulates an ACK/NACK signal from an opponent station and outputs control information for re-transmission in the case where it receives the NACK signal and fails in receiving, and an initial phase control unit (17) that, with respect to a phase shift at CDD processing time, gives phase differences between all frequency band signals corresponding antennas transmit and signals other antennas transmit as certain offsets caused by adding them to the phase shift and that sets the offset in accordance with the number of transmitting times by the re-transmission control, so that frequency characteristics of wireless transmission paths at the re-transmission time are changed at every number of transmitting times.
