Dynamic device for propulsion systems, comprising a thermal motor (1) connected to a variable flow pump (2), which is fed by gravity from an hydraulic tank (6), wherein said variable flow pump (2) sends by means of a distributor (3) high pressure flows to an hydraulic motor (4) through two different conduits (A) or (B), or resends same to the hydraulic tank (6), said flows on passing through the hydraulic motor (4) will enable the required power to be achieved in the drive shaft (8).
