<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful inhibitors of JAK, ROCK and Aurora (preferably JAK-3, ROCK and Aurora A) protein kinases. <P>SOLUTION: A compound of protein kinase, represented by formula (I) is provided. Pharmaceutical compositions containing the compound and methods of using the compositions in treatment of various disorders are provided. The compound and pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof are found at present to be effective inhibitors of JAK, ROCK and Aurora protein kinases.
