PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more reliably prevent damage of a heating roller caused by a peeling claw than heretofore. SOLUTION: A laser printer 1 includes a fixing section 40 having the heating roller 41 heated by a heater 41a, a press roller 42 pressed against the heating roller 41 and the peeling claw 43 which is arranged so that its leading edge 43c faces the heating roller 41 and peels a paper 3 stuck to the heating roller 41. In addition, the laser printer 1 includes a guide member 44 which is arranged to face the peeling surface 43d on the side of the paper 3, of the peeling claw 43, supported to be displaced between a position near the peeling surface 43d and a position away from the peeling surface 43d, and guides the paper 3 passing through between the heating roller 41 and the press roller 42 to the downstream side and a torsion spring 44s which biases the guide member 44 to the position near the peeling surface 43d.
