PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce the noise by forming a plurality of blade ends by providing a plurality of notches on an outer periphery of a blade so as to subdivide a blade end swirl. SOLUTION: In the blower equipped with a plurality of impellers 3 having an outer peripheral end 3a formed by a curve connecting a point where a distance R from a rotating shaft 4 is the maximum in an arbitrary blade cross section including the rotating shaft 4, the notches 5 positioned in plural positions between a front end side of the impeller 3 and a rear end side of the impeller 3 and partially reducing the distance R are formed on the outer peripheral end 3a of the impeller 3, the plurality of the blade ends 3b are formed on the outer peripheral end 3a of the impeller 3 by the plurality of the notches 5 formed on the outer peripheral end 3a of the impeller 3, and the blade end swirl E generated on the impeller outer peripheral end 3a are subdivided into a plurality of blade end swirls e.
