<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an agent for an owner of output information from outputting all items of the output information. <P>SOLUTION: A print server 10 stores print information received from a client device 20, stores a surrogate user in place of each user for the respective users, stores whether to allow each owner of the print information to be stored and each surrogate user in place of the user to be stored in association with the owner of the print information to output the information, and when receiving a request for outputting the print information to be stored from a printer 30 together with identification information identifying at least one user, retrieves the print information whose output is allowed for the user identified by the identification information from among the print information to be stored, and transfers the retrieved print information to the printer 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
