PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particles having high compressive deformation recovery property, as retaining its high flexibility. SOLUTION: The elastic resin particles characteristically include a crosslinked copolymer of: a urethane resin (A) essentially including at least one of a urethane prepolymer (c) composed essentially of at least one kind of high molecular polyol (a) selected from the group consisting of polyester polyol, polyether polyol, polyether ester polyol and polycarbonate polyol, and (a) di-isocyanate (b), and (a) di-isocyanate trimer (h), and having a C-C double bond; and a compound (B) that has no urethane bond, has a number average molecular weight of 100 to 1,000 and has two or more C-C double bonds.
