PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that it is difficult to synchronize music data in a plurality of apparatuses so as not to generate a problem in terms of copyright while preventing unauthorized copying. SOLUTION: The music information synchronizing method for synchronizing music information between a plurality of music apparatuses capable of recording the music information comprises: a step of registering individual authentication data including biological identification information in the respective music apparatuses 2 and 3; a step of identifying the individual authentication data in one music apparatus 2; a ciphering step of ciphering the music data fetched from the outside by prescribed processing corresponding to the individual authentication data; and a step of transferring the ciphered music data. In the other music apparatus 3, a step of identifying the individual authentication data and a means for combining the ciphered data by performing the inverse conversion of the prescribed processing using the individual authentication ID are provided.
