PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-based patch having extremely excellent adhesivity and followingness to an application site, slightly causing strike-through and oozing-out of paste and having a reduced feeling of cold in application. SOLUTION: The water-based patch is obtained by spreading a water-based paste having a water content of 5 mass%-40 mass% on a base fabric made by knitting a stretch yarn in a weft knitted fabric.
