摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an effective mechanism by investigating a main cause of variation in stop position accuracy. SOLUTION: An oscillating arm 5 is made weightless to prevent a crash against a stopper due to a fall in an operation. A positioning stopper is made to have a movable structure, and the positioning stoppers are provided at two rotation symmetrical positions. As a result, stop shock becomes very small and the shock is hardly transmitted to a bearing part, the shock is maintained within pre-load, and deviation of a rotating track due to shock load of the bearing is prevented. Dead weight rotational force of the oscillating arm 5 is made antagonistic and is balanced by rotational force by sliding friction caused by positioning spring load and inclined component force of a cam surface. The spring load and the shape of a cam are set so that friction torque may be the half of dead weight rotational force at the time. As a result, the oscillating arm 5 is made weightless, positioning force becomes the half of the inclined component force plus dead weight of a V-groove, and sufficient positioning force can be obtained. By overcoming frictional force, the oscillating arm 5 can be finely moved. By the above two means, a positioning stop with high accuracy is attained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
