PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stud welding pin used for fitting and fixing a covering material such as a refractory heat insulating material, a soundproof material and a heat-insulating material, in particular, a hard covering material to an inner wall of a building and an outer surface of a structure such as an air-conditioning facility and a machine facility. SOLUTION: In the stud welding pin, a displacement absorbing function is maintained by forming a head center part in a projecting shape with respect to an outer circumferential part of a spiral head part formed by spirally winding a conductive metallic wire therearound by a plurality of turns, and a rod-shaped pin part is integrated by hanging a fore end of the metallic wire at the head center part in the vertical direction at the spherical center.
