PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more securely prevent fraudulence to a circuit element or the like mounted on a substrate. SOLUTION: A front surface connector cover 390 covers a substrate communication connector 353b, a hopper connector 353c, and the circuit element 354, etc. related the put-out of tokens, setting of the rate of putting out tokens, turning on/off of the power supply, resetting of errors, etc. from the front side of the substrate 351. A cover member 401 of a rear connector cover 400 covers soldered parts of terminals and leads, etc. of a full tray detection signal wire connector 353a, a substrate communication connector 353b and a hopper connector 353c, etc. of the substrate 351 from the rear side. In addition, a cover member 402 of the rear connector cover 400 covers soldered parts of terminals and leads, etc. of the circuit element 354, etc. related to the put-out of tokens, setting of the rate of putting out tokens, turning on/off of the power supply, and resetting of errors, etc. of the substrate 351 from the rear side.
