It is intended to provide a biodegradable sheet or film which shows little changes with the passage of time after the production of the sheet, has a stable flexibility, can be degraded with a microorganism or the like and can be easily disposed after using, i.e., having a high environmental compatibility. A biodegradable resin sheet made of a biodegradable (3HA) copolymer, wherein a tensile elongation change to a change in degree of crystallinity between 1 day after the production of the sheet and 30 days thereafter that is represented by the formula (1): [(tensile elongation (%) 1 day after production)-(tensile elongation (%) 30 days after production)/(degree of crystallinity (%) 30 days after production)- (degree of crystallinity (%) 1 day after production)] is 20 or less and the tensile elongation 60 days after the production of the sheet is 100(%) or more.
