<p>A calibration method for a differential resonator-type SAW sensor integrated in a set, the sensor having two resonating frequencies which evolve differently depending on the value of a physical unit of the set, the method comprising the following steps: A) Establishing a mean calibration function linking the differential frequency and the physical magnitude, wherein the mean calibration function is obtained by averaging on a plurality of sensors of the same type; B) Determining the differential frequency of the sensor when the physical magnitude corresponds to a predetermined value; C) Determining the deviation of the sensor relative to the mean calibration function; D) Determine the value of the physical magnitude corresponding to the measured differential frequency while taking the deviation into account.</p> |
