A cap for an aerosol can having an embedded spray device is provided to promote continuous use of the cap by preventing damage of the cap and can by excess fastening while promoting close connection by a strong fastening in connection of the cap and can, and to secure safety by preventing leakage of contents. A cap for an aerosol can having an embedded spray device includes: the spray device operated by a user's operation; a nozzle connection tool(16) connected to a fastening projection part(22) of the can; a cover plate(14) installed on the lower side for intercepting a driving unit embedded in the cap; and a pipe-shaped stopper projection part(18) formed on the lower side of the nozzle connection tool. The stopper projection part forms a space between the cover plate and a mount cup(23) of the can by being closely adhered to a depressed surface(24) of the mount cup in fastening of the cap.
