LIGHT GUIDE PANEL MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF

An LGP(Light Guide Panel) manufacturing device and a method are provided to form fine patterns at the bottom side of an LGP completely by transmitting vibration to the melted liquid resin and filling up fine uneven portions of a second plane with the melted liquid resin. In an LGP manufacturing device(100), a first molding plate(110) has a first plane(111) forming a light emitting surface. A second molding plate(120) has a second plane(121) disposed on the opposite side of the light emitting surface and provided with fine uneven portions for forming the bottom side having fine patterns. The first and second molding plates face each other. A liquid resin injecting port(140) is installed at one side of the first and second molding plates. The other side of the first and second molding plates is sealed. A high frequency generator(160) is movably installed at the rear or lateral side of the second molding plate to transmit high-frequency vibration to the second molding plate. A heater(170) heats the second molding plate over the melting temperature of liquid resin.
