WASTE MATERIALS TREATING PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR BATCH TYPE DRYING AND VERTICAL TYPE CARBONIZING

An apparatus and a method for disposing a waste through a batch type drying scheme and a vertical-type carbonizing scheme are provided to introduce an external air by an external air discharge port in a carbonizing process so that the carbonizing of the waste is achieved, and to obtain a pure dry gas by a pressure of a material stacked in the middle of the carbonizing process. An apparatus for disposing a waste includes a batch-type drier(1), a vertical-type carbonizing unit(3), a burner, and a boiler(5). A steam supplying line(6a) and a steam retrieving line(6b) are installed between the batch-type drier and the boiler to supply a heating source to the batch-type drier. An internal air current induction line(7) is connected to the boiler from the batch-type drier to utilize air as a combustion heat source. A dry gas induction line(8) is installed between the vertical-type carbonizing unit and the boiler so that the dry gas is used as the combustion heat source.
