Provided are methods and kits for predicting the prognosis of a subject d iagnosed with multiple sclerosis by determining the expression level of poly nucleotides which are differentially expressed between subjects diagnosed wi th multiple sclerosis and having good or poor clinical outcome. Also provide d are methods and kits for selecting a treatment regimen of a subject diagno sed with multiple sclerosis.
