FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing the zeolite acid-consuming adsorbent monoblocks for cryogenic technique in cleaning air and other gases and for conditioning the operating medium of the refrigerating machines. Fraction of the type A granulated zeolite with the size of granule 0.1-2.2 mm is mixed with the similar size fraction of the active aluminum oxide grit with powder-like kaolin at the ratio kaolin mass to the total granules volume taken as (0.3-0.45):1; at that, the active aluminum oxide makes 20-95 mass percent of the total grit mass calculated per absolutely dry substance. The mixture is moistened and molded in special press-molds, to obtain the monoblocks. The tempered blocks are placed into the alkali solution and crystallised at 60-95°C within 8 hours, rinsed with water to eliminate the alkali excess, and dried. ^ EFFECT: invention allows producing durable and possessing adsorbtive capacity type A monoblocks with good gas flow permeability. ^ 9 ex, 1 tbl |
