<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectromotive force device that suffers a less loss of light because of absorption by a back electrode layer (second electrode layer). <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectromotive force device comprises: a substrate 1 with insulation properties; a first electrode layer 2 laminated on the substrate 1; photoelectric conversion layers 3a, 3b laminated on the first electrode layer 2; a translucent conductive oxide layer 4 laminated on the photoelectric conversion layers 3a, 3b; and a second electrode layer 7 laminated on the translucent conductive oxide layer 4. The second electrode layer 7 comprises a first reflection layer 5 laminated on the translucent conductive oxide layer 4, and a second reflection layer 6 laminated on the first reflection layer 5. In the wave range of light that enters the substrate 1 and reaches the first reflection layer 5, reflectivity at an interface between the first reflection layer 5 and the second reflection layer 6 is higher than the reflectivity at an interface between the translucent conductive oxide layer 4 and the first reflection layer 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
