<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content editing apparatus which reduces a total data size of digital contents and changes reduction quantity temporally without changing a material constitution and a layout of already produced broadcast contents as few as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The content editing apparatus 4 includes an editing condition storing portion 21 which stores a conversion condition to show a condition for generating conversion material data by reducing a data size of original material data to constitute original contents for a data broadcasting and an outgoing condition of conversion contents including the conversion material data and the original contents, a material converting means 13 which generates the conversion material data according to the conversion condition, and a time-series change working means 15 which generates conversion outgoing information to show an outgoing order and an outgoing time of the conversion contents and the original content according to the outgoing condition so as to obtain an equal time shown by the outgoing information of the original contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
