<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument set, preventing an error in taking a wrong surgical instrument to be used, and easily and surely performing vertebral body compression fracture taxis for the crushed vertebral body. <P>SOLUTION: This surgical instrument set is used for the vertebral body compression fracture taxis, thereby treating the crushed vertebral body 91 to be put in the state shown in the drawing. The surgical instrument set includes: a guide rod (a diameter enlarging instrument) for enlarging the diameter of a hole 93 formed in the crushed vertebral body 91; a vertical elevator (a shape taxis instrument) for reducing the front upper part of the crushed vertebral body 91 to a substantially normal position; a horizontal elevator (a shape taxis instrument) for reducing the center upper part to a substantially normal position; an inserter (a filling instrument) for filling the vertebral body 91 to which taxis is performed with a filler 7; and an impactor (a push-in instrument) for heightening the density of the loaded filler 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
