<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible cover for a wiring duct to install wiring ducts on the same conditions as before, while improving the appearance and surely protecting electric wires inside a wiring duct, by completely eliminating gaps between a wiring-duct connection part and a cover. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of cover bodies 10 is provided to cover the upper part of an opening of a flexible coupling duct. The cover bodies 10 are connected vertically, swingably. A hinge body 11 is provided to cover a mutual gap between the cover bodies 10. A flange 12 is provided, while being bent along the side face of the flexible coupling duct, from both longitudinal side edges of each cover body 10. When the flexible coupling duct is connected in a vertically bent state, a gap-covering flange 13 is provided to cover a maximum gap generated on the side face of the bent part, when the flexible coupling duct has a swing-down angle of 45 degrees.
